TIME TO OVERBALANCE!

On September 8, 2010 the company Synergia SE, exclusive distributor of R&M solutions in Ukraine, held a partner conference, which took place under the slogan "TIME TO OVERBALANCE!" For the last 2 years the IT-market of Ukraine and the SCS segment were changed because of economic situation. This period was not so easy, but in our main communication weґd like to say that now is the right time to start doing more, to move, to surpass the previous results, so now is the time for OVERBALANCE! The main image in our concept are the scales. And because this conference took place in the Court of Appeal of Kyiv, our scales are in the hands of the goddess of justice - Themis, who is honest and fair, and on this principles we are trying to build our partnership policy.

The main objective of the conference is to analyse of our work for 2 years. And we have a lot of achievements.

During the opening ceremony, Ivan Sidorenko, director of the State Court Administration of Ukraine, presented the technical details of the building of the Court of Appeal of Kiev, told about the stages of construction and features of this project. R&M solutions were used in the project of the Court of Appeal - 1600 ports (category SCS - 6/s).

For more than 10 years the company Synergia is cooperating with Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications. The conference was attended by Ms. Nikityuk Lesia, who is Professor, Head of Department of communications of the Academy. Ms. Nikityuk told about the teamwork of the company Synergia and the Academy and presented the new book "Telecommunication and Information Network", where she is the main author. This book is released in September 2010 and it is approved for higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Each participant of the conference received this book as a gift.

After this there was the awarding ceremony of the partners.

The conference was continued by the presentation.
The first speech was presented by Stefan Ries, Vice President Enterprise, R&M AG. He described the company's financial results, as well as main activities in all offices of the company worldwide. The conference was held on the 8th of September 2010 and it was on the same day when there was the opening ceremony of the new office of R&M AG. About this unique project Stefan Ries told to the participants of the conference. The R&M technical innovations and as well as new Cat. 6A module were presented in details. Also Stefan told that today the special attention is given to the FTTx network for cities and copper connections would gradually give way to fiber-optic solutions. At the end, Stefan presented the various major projects, which were realized on the R&M solutions in different industries around the world: manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, universities, financial institutions, food industry, government agencies, health care facilities, offices, IT companies, telecommunication companies, service industry. Stefan Ries talked about the project "Donbass Arena", which was implemented by the R&M Golden Partner - the company DiCS.

Sergei Nikolaev, sales manager of the company Synergia, told about fiber-optic solutions. Also, Sergey spoke about the blowing fiber technology which is new and today it is available to all partners of the company Synergia.

The topic about fiber-optic solutions was continued by Igor Krasovskiy, Head of sales department of the company Synergia, who spoke about the new types of optical fibers.

Anton Podcheko, commercial director of Synergia, presented a report about high-density systems, where Anton told how to balance the two parameters - the density and reliability. Also Anton presented R&M solutions which can be used to increase density and provide reliable and safe system operation.

The second presentation "Synergy solutions for hotels" was also presented where the integrated and systematic analysis to the hotels construction were given.

The report of the special guest - Rostislav Kravchenko, who represents Ukrainian Scientific-Research Institute of Fire Safety Emergencies of Ukraine was very interesting to the participant of the conference. Rostislav told about the fire safety requirements for the cables and about test methods.

"Standards review" - this topic was presented by sales manager of the company Synergia, Julia Dzevik. Julia gave detailed analysis of recent changes in standards for SCS.

Each participant had the opportunity to visit two objects. The first object was the distributor room of the Court of Appeal of Kyiv. As well as everyone could visit the roof of a 25-storey building and overlooked a beautiful view to Kiev.

We offer not to stop at this top, and go up further by joining our efforts and achieve success!
