Synergia Study Tour - the traditional R&M partners’ seminar in Switzerland.

On October 23-27, 2007, the company Synergia SE leaded the traditional R&M partners’ seminar, which this year was like Synergia Study Tour under the slogan “Work/Life balance!”
The delegation of the patricians included 40 people from more than 20 Ukrainian companies.
The main place for this seminar was in the heart of the Switzerland – the hotel Swiss Holiday Park . Swiss Holiday Park is quietly and yet centrally situated in Morschach. Morschach is a marvelous and sunny village high above the Lake of Lucerne.
Synergia Study Tour was the great opportunity for the R&M partners to get both - the work/life balance.
Business-part of the Tour had a lot of Events.
On the first day the participants had the meeting with the founders of R&M AG Hans Reichle and Martin Reichle. They greeted the Ukrainian delegation and then Martin Reichle told about the company’s plans for future.

“Swiss Project” - it was the main part of the seminar’s second day. The program was organized together with the companies and Global 17.
The participants visited 2 projects:
The cantonal hospital in Zug. The construction of the hospital was begun in June 2005. The participants could see the non-finished project. There was the excursion to the construction of the the cantonal hospital where the technical aspects were presented.
The stadium in Zurich. To the EURO-2008 the stadium Letzigrund in Zurich was rebuilt and reconstructed. The construction of the stadium was begun in November 2005 and it was opened on August, 30, 2007. The participants could see the security system, electro- engineering, notification and evacuation systems, outdoor lighting, exterior lighting, dynamic UPS, infrastructure of the stadium. The most active participants run on the running tracks, on the football ground and even stood in the gateway.
“Swiss distribution and “end-user” was the keynote of the third day. The participants visited 2 large Swiss companies which were located in Bern, the capital of Switzerland:
– the largest R&M distributor in Switzerland. The participants visited the stock, saw manufacturing process and logistic system of the company.
– the largest telecommunication company in Switzerland where the R&M solutions are implemented.
The end of Synergia Study Tour was leaded like “Swiss rest”. It were the ”Olympic games” where the different kinds of sport (serious and amusing) were presented: summer skis, nailing, climbing and mini-golf.
After that the Ukrainian delegation ascended to one of the top of the Alps – Stoos. It took more than 2 hours to go up and after this hard walk there was dinner at the Swiss restaurant in the mountains. To get work/life balance participants could use swimming-pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and douche of Charcot. All these services were in the Swiss Holiday Park.
