On 25-26 of March 2009, the company Synergia, exclusive distributor of R&M solutions in Ukraine, took part in the conference of the magazine “Networks and Business” – “SCS in Ukraine – market transformation and business diversification”. For 4 years we have been presenting as a Golden Partner of this Event. But this year we prepared using the anti-crisis management and that’s why the contemporary art cabling installation was created.
The specialist with international experience, famous Ukrainian artist and sculptor who specializes on creating sculptures using of production materials Oleg Davydenko agreed to create such solution. Mr. Davydenko is the leading Ukrainian specialist in modern interior design. He was inspired with idea of cabling R&M solution and he could unite the images of R&M products with spring, blooming plants, juicy fruit, good and positive mood.
Cabling tree, the central element of exposition, was completed by rainbow and clear blue sky.
The sculptures of Oleg Davydenko by name “Twisted pair” completed the composition and made accent on contemporary art.
There were very simple images but they helped us to be original, bright and to raise high up to the top. |

Traditionally every year the magazine “Networks and Business” makes the research of Ukrainian SCS market. This year was not an exception.
It’s very important for us that according to the result of 2008 TM R&M continue to be the leader in premium segment. So in 2008 TM R&M has:
- The first place in the nomination “Maximum quantity of certified structured cabling systems (ports)”
- The first place in the nomination «Training of SCS certified specialists in Ukraine»»
- The first place in the nomination «Supply of shielded structured cabling system of all Classes components»

During the presentation of research results of SCS market, the chief editor of the magazine “Networks and Business” showed that the TM R&M is the leader in supplying of structured cabling system Fiber-optics components in Ukraine.
In view of our honest position on the market to our Partners and to the research and take into account that we pay attention to the premium segment we are proud of our results:
- The third place in the nomination «Supply of unshielded structured cabling system»
- The second place in the nomination ««Supply of structured cabling system category 6 and higher»

Because the subject of the conference was “SCS in Ukraine – market transformation and business diversification” the managers of Synergia SE discovered their views according the transformations in their presentations. Peter Reznicheko, Director of Synergia SE was the first speaker and he showed in his presentation the common points in R&M technologies and art projects.
Technical information was added by technical expert of Synergia SE, Vyacheslav Mikolaenko, and by sales manager of Synergia SE, Sergey Nikolaev.

In his presentation “Undiscovered characteristics of copper” Vyacheslav Mikolaenko showed the series of transformations in copper R&M solutions such as Real10, RMS45 microsplitters, 2U patch panels RJ45 and cabling organizers, U-Box, Patch Guard RJ45 & FM45.
Sergey Nikolaev in his presentation «Glass networks» considered a few types of technology of FTTx, told about new fiber-optics solutions from R&M, which in a complex allow to realize the solutions of FTTD technology.
The presentation of the Head of Sales Departments of Synergia SE Igor Krasovskyy was about the transformations of projects’ market. Igor Krasovskyy analyzed the perspectives of projects developments and told about the specific things in realization of the projects in different industries.
